Can I control a wifi bulb directly? i.e. without using SmartLife or Tuya.

it is on the wifi I guess it has an IP Port number and will respond to
certain instructions. Is it possible to know the API for the bulbs? (I
would like to try controlling it from a LUA Script in Fibaro)
