Answer: Please use the correct DIP switch settings. Please see the included leaflet for correct settings or do not hesitate in contacting us.
Question: There is a high pitch or buzzing noise on low dimming levels.
Answer: Please use a good quality power supply, some poor quality power supplies have lower wattage output.
Question: My lights are not showing in the Hue Entertainment App and Apple HomeKit.
Answer: Unfortunately our controllers are NOT compatible with the Hue Entertainment App and Apple HomeKit.
Question: Why didn't I receive a LED Strip with my Zigbee LED controller.
Answer: This listing is ONLY for the Zigbee LED controller.
