Troubleshooting Smart WIFI Bulb - Not Pairing





Here are the steps to resolve the issue.


Method 1 Easy 


1. Please ensure you are connected to the 2.4Ghz WIFI network on your mobile device.

2. Ensure the bulb is flashing rapidly. Follow the instruction supplied.

Method 2  AP Mode


1. Ensure the bulb is  Flashing slowly - Please see the AP Mode / Method 2  pairing guide. Click Here

2. Follow the step.
