1. Question: My blind motor does not connect to the app or WIFI?


Answer: Please ensure you are connected to 2.4 GHz WIFI and on the same WIFI network. You might have to split the router frequency to 2,4Ghz and 5Ghz. Download here


3. Question: I have tried the above methods and still the motor will not connect.


Answer : Please try and pair using AP mode / Method2 


2. Question: My motor is connected to the app but cannot be operated by App?


Answer: Please set Upper and Lower Limit. See Step 7 on the instruction Manual.
